About The Event
In this class, we will move through traditional yoga postures with the addition of a chair as a prop. Participants will not need to get down on the floor, making this class suitable for all experience levels and ages, including those who may be experiencing physical limitations.
Limited 5-Week Spring Yoga Series
Thursdays from 12:00-1:00 pm, March 23 - April 20, 2023
Free for parishioners of St. Bart's and Church of the Good Shepherd.
The regular cost is $50 for the series with cash/check payment due in person on March 23rd.
Advanced registration is required.
Please bring your own bottle water and wear comfortable clothing.
